About the speaker
Dr Crystal Steltenpohl is a community psychologist, whose research focuses on a wide range of topics related to community well-being, such as perceptions and interactions between individuals and community-based interventions. She has conducted research and evaluations using qualitative and quantitative methodology and data and designed and conducted trainings for effective collaboration and communication within organizations. She is also an active advocate of the open science movement, particularly passionate about driving initiatives focused on inclusion, diversity, equity, and access. She is actively involved with the Centre for Open Science and the Society for the Improvement of Psychological Science.

This seminar will discuss transparency in qualitative research and demonstrate practical steps to use Dedoose as tool for coding.
