Frances Perry House is a fully accredited obstetric and surgical hospital situated close to the Melbourne CBD. The Hospital has 93 beds including a cot Level 2 special care nursery. We have 6 birthing suites, a dedicated postnatal unit, 3 operating theatres, a day surgery unit, a urodynamics procedure room and a surgical/maternity unit.
The hospital offers a Parenting Program at the Grand Hyatt Melbourne where mother and baby can relax in 5 star luxury while being cared for by our experienced midwives who are on site at the hotel with you 24 hours a day.

In February 2010, Frances Perry House joined other health facility in the Parkville precinct in becoming Smoke Free. Staff, patients and visitors are no longer permitted to smoke in the hospital or adjoining hospital precinct.
