(A blood type is happy, B is sad, AB is neutral, C is all emotions, this is important) They are forced to wear a mask and at birth are given a tattoo on their neck so they cannot wear a different mask/hide or whatever. If they break this law, they could be given jail time or be killed. However, the C blood type is rigged, and only the government/rich people have this blood type. (basically C blood type doesn't actually exist, when someone is born a specific chemical is put into their blood to change it to a slurry or sorts.
