So, there is indeed a story to this. I know a lot of fanfics and such portray Hiccup as the sort of "best friend" type to Rapunzel. So that is exactly what I did.

Basically, Hiccup and Rapunzel are best friends. He tells her everything and she does the same. One night, she decides to tell him about her abusive relationship with Flynn Rider, a local thief. Don't get me wrong, I love Flynny, but I love Hiccup more so this had to be done. He hits her and she can't decide to leave or to stay. After hearing this news, Hiccup can't decide what to do. I mean, it's obvious Rapunzel doesn't return his feelings, right? Later that night, he has a dream where Rapunzel grabs him and plants a wet one on him. He can't understand what his dream means, other than just the desire to be with Rapunzel. He soon figures out, thanks to his pal, Astrid, that he should go after Rapunzel before it's too late. He races to her tower and decides to use Toothless as a ticket to get her out of the house. There, they bond and such. Flynn is angry with Rapunzel for hanging out with Hiccup and basically beats her up for it. He leaves her broken up and bruised, and she uses this as a chance to walk towards Hiccup's house. She's crying and he realizes what has happened - so he goes for a nice hug. Then they live happily ever after. The end.

I realize most of my manips suck and this isn't one of my better crossovers but I've had a lot of issues lately with editing. So, yeah.
