Lance Oppenheim is 24. Don't hold it against him. He's one of those young people who figures things out and makes things happen. Most recently, he made the feature documentary, Some Kind of Heaven, which tells tales of aging in the remarkable eco-system of The Villages, the senior community in Florida, which was made famous by their golf cart conflicts over Trump in this last election season. Lance went, he saw, and then he saw the unexpected. He discusses the film and his work with David Poland.
