Whipped out the Kinect a second time for this video. Everyone is mocapped, and yeah, it does look a bit jank. I did a LOT of cleanup and refined a lot of movements, but Im far from an animation expert, and if I keep doing all these little edits to make it perfect, this video would never get completed, lol.
