We had an assignment in class to make a somewhat abstracted piece that was book-ended by an image of the Mona Lisa.
I very rarely post my school assigned videos, so you know I must like the way this one came out. :-)
Except for the Mona Lisa itself, I created the whole piece.
Audio clips were taken from Thomas Dolby, RHCP, Harry Nilsson, and Louis Armstrong. Editing of them, and addition audio, were done by me.
Movies I watched while drawing/painting this include:
The Princess Bride
Nightmare Before Christmas
Jesus Christ Superstar (the 70s one)
Thomas Dolby: Live Wireless
So the vibes from those things are mixed into the paint.
Hopefully more videos of this type will come later :-)
