I can see why this episode is called "Apology Impossible". Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to like James in this episode! Seriously, does this selfish red jerk care about anything other than himself? Yes, he does have his moments throughout the series, but his portrayal in BWBA (especially this disgraceful episode) makes him my least favourite Steam Team member!
