A douche driver, cutting into the 91 Express toll lanes. Couldn't wait a mile for the entrance point. Lucky for him no one was coming in the express lane, and the van following him was able to slow for him. Shot December 24, 2023, at 3:45pm on eastbound California 91 near the OC-Riverside county line.
