Totally Vanilla Gaming presents a short tutorial on one way to build affinity with two companions at once.
There's many ways to do this, and most everyone has seen it happen- mainly in the early game with both Garvey and Codsworth liking your work at the weapons bench. But this clip shows off a special tip on how to build affinity with a brand new companion... while also obtaining a sweet collectible!
Just so you know, in my first playthrough, I saw a similar double up method with Curie and MacCready, but it was unintentional. You can try it as well, however it may not always work: Take Curie to the Third Rail, hire MacCready, before Curie leaves, compliment Magnolia. You'll get a like - and special dialog - out of both companions!
