This video compares Double Dragon across all major versions, showcasing the opening Marian kidnapping intro whenever it exists, followed by the first seconds of gameplay in each official release.
Featured versions include arcade, home computers, consoles, handhelds, and later digital releases, covering decades of ports, adaptations, and reinterpretations of Technōs’ classic beat ’em up. Recently released emulated versions have been intentionally excluded from this comparison.
One notable absence is the Android and iOS release developed by Brizo in 2011, which is based on the Zeebo version and could not be reliably captured for inclusion.
