Touching video captured a double amputee Marine Corps veteran named Tony Mullis who stopped on a busy Georgia highway after spotting a United States flag lying on the ground. Mullis lost his legs in an explosion during his second tour in Afghanistan. The disabled servicemember can be seen walking up the roadway on his prosthetic legs to save Old Glory.
