It is incumbent upon those involved in the shipment of hazardous materials to protect these shipments and be aware of any threats in order to protect cargo, your national infrastructure, and your fellow citizens.

Each hazmat employee must receive training that provides an awareness of security risks associated with hazardous materials transportation and methods designed to enhance transportation security.
