Yup, 17 minutes and 41 seconds of MFM hard drive formatting bliss.
This Hard Drive is a full height 5.25" IBM MFM Model 0665-20.
I start off formatting this drive under DOS 3.30. But then discovered that the low-level format information was wrong. So then I low-level formatted that drive with an Everex software package that works on AT class machines.
