With Spring approaching we seized the opportunity to travel to Topeka, KS and explore a new trail! There are many trails in the area that we have been wanting to visit and this one was first on our list! The trail didn't dissapoint with views! Remnants of an old dairy, awesome overlooks of Deer Creek, an old well, and plenty of signs of wildlife made this a very worthwhile hike. Unfortunately, the trail is littered with trash which took away some of our enjoyment. Still, we highly recommend this trail. If you do go, make sure to have a map or GPS with you as the trailmarkers can be quite confusing!
