It's been awhile since the last DORIAN YATES Tape on this channel. Just recently I stumbled upon this great interview with him youtube.com/watch?v=P3oIBhBGQpg on the TRUE GEORDIE Podcast and felt inspired to create another Yates Tape. I stopped working on two other videos I was currently working on (since they just needed some more time to be finished) and decided to make a little tape focused on the physical (& mental) side of training - from Dorian's point of view. Ultimately, he was one of the guys that brought me into training so many years ago.
