Hurricane Dorian is off the east coast of Florida on a track that could mean landfall on the coasts of the Carolinas. Storm surge and flooding rain there are two large threats.The Atlantic is more active with Tropical Storm Fernand close to making landfall south of Texas in Mexico, and Tropical Storm Gabrielle, safely in the open waters.
