This is a very quick and dirty comparison between the USA retail version of Doom for The Sega Saturn compared to the 0.3 Fix Patch for that same game. These are both running off the exact same setup. I am using a Kaico Saroo cartridge and my Grey Japanese Sega Saturn console using RGB SCART output.
