*Weapons you collect being discarded or unavailable between levels.
*Unfair instant deaths from very unpredictable environmental hazards and explosions.

Beat because I force quit the game when I tried to grab the BFG and slide off like a numpty. Thats one massive fault to an otherwise great run.
This is the first time I have beaten Ultra Nightmare in a single sitting. I have now beaten Ultra Nightmare twice.
