I know I far exceeded the deadline I initially set for this project, however, many things happened in between, which I will list here :
- School
- Issues with SFM (which were manageable in the long run but still slowed me down at times)
- Issues with my editing program (Lags, blue screens, freezes, and most recently, project losses)
- I overestimated myself
- Script changes
- The animation will be much longer than planned.
TAG1 was supposed to be only around 15-20 minutes, however, Blood swamps alone is 15 minutes, and so is The Holt. I decided to make Samur's boss fight much longer in order to make it more memorable and intense, it is also more complex.
I hope you all aren't too disappointed by the delay and I hope you appreciated this first trailer !

Almost one year after its teaser, its finally here ! Hehehe...
So basically what happened is that not long after the teaser got released I pretty much stopped working on it for 10 month due to all the work I was expected to complete for school as well as some other struggles Ive met during that time. I got back to work one week ago and managed to complete more than half of the final result today (yeah, I worked a lot since then, 10-30 sec a day).
I can say that Im awfully proud of the final result (despite some parts where I either got too lazy to fix or met some difficulties with SFM, some sessions got corrupted due to blue screens as well), the wait was long but definitely worth it in my opinion.
This animation is the beginning as I plan to really get back at DOOM animations (and other DOOM related content) after how much I enjoyed making this, and I already have most of the ideas for the next one :
Blood Swamp, I planned this one 2 years ago and I really want to make it real soon.
The concept was suggested by a subscriber, but Id like to let you know that I DO NOT take commissions, I just thought that the idea was actually interesting and decided to give it a try.
