The cutscenes in portable mode are capped at 20fps.

Docked mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being 1280x720 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 896x504.

Portable mode uses a dynamic resolution with the highest resolution found being approximately 1088x612 and the lowest resolution found being approximately 640x360.

The cutscenes are letterboxed which results in lower effective pixel counts during those scenes.
