As far as I'm aware I may be the first person to come across this. Spoilers somewhat for the last level, so details are further down in the desc.
DOOM ETERNAL FINAL LEVEL SPOILERS BELOW THIS LINE

In the building shown in the map at the start, run in and out of the top elevator room a few times to run through the UAC spokesperson's lines, and eventually (shouldn't take long, this was like her third line, at least for me) this line should be triggered.
