This is the infopack for the old Memento Mori Doom wad, released on idgames separately from the main wad. It has information on the story, the level authors, and the levels themselves. You can run it yourself by downloading the .zip file, unzipping, then dragging the .exe file onto the DOSBox launcher .exe. (Make sure the other files in the zip file are untouched!)

Given how old this infopack is, the email & website addresses you'll see are most likely out-of-date or obsolete.
