I actually tried this run in DOS back in 2013 and 2014 to see if I could beat AdamH's time, since it already looked like a beatable target back then. Didn't get anything, but nowadays, that time is an easy target. I had a 30 last year in March, but then scuffed beat it in December, so I had to go back to it. 29 was even easier somehow, though I think luck was on my side; only 245 attempts for it.
TBH this run doesn't look the greatest, but I got super fast kills on top of the lift and the press thru the imp, so it's pretty good luck. And the movement hiccups are fairly minor, so yeah, 28 may be possible but it would be a dreadful grind.
