If you would like to add the door feature on the front and back cover, here are the measurements: Cut (2) pieces at 3 5/8" x 7 7/8" and score on 3 5/8 at .50".
Cut (2) pieces at 3.50" x 3.50" and score on two sides at .50". To get the slanted edge, cut the pocket at an angle. I measured 1" from the top and bottom, made a mark on each end and cut it.
