It's national donuts day!! Oh and it's summer!! So I figured why not combine these to awesome things to make the perfect dessert? So here you have it folks, sweet, decadent donut ice cream sandwiches

MEASUREMENTS

1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

2/3 cup vegetable oil or coconut oil or butter or margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
