So Twilight Sparkle, arguable the most OCD pony in existence, is suddenly handed a massive amount of power and influence over Equestria. I can only imagine how much internal stress, and uncertainty, and worry she would have over this new responsibility and wondering if she really deserves to be a princess. I think she would go to her B.B.B.F.F. to confide in him these feelings.
This song is Shining Armor's response. Telling her how special she is and assuring her of how well she'll do based on all the other amazing things she's accomplished so far. (The echoing and multiplying voices are supposed to symbolize him speaking for her parents, Cadance, Spike, her friends, and everyone else who truly believes in her.)
I loved this song when it came out. I actually discovered Swedish House Mafia from My Little Pony, and am so happy that I can show that appreciation in one of my pony parodies.
