Don't underestimate micro short films. A micro short film is a short film of 60 seconds to 2 minutes. If you can't make a good film in 60 seconds, you wont be able to make a longer good film either.

With Micro short film you can make a lot of and also experiment and learn more off. As longer short films waste more time, money and likely not able to get result you want. Micro short film are faster to make and also quicker to build your portfolio.
