Here are the terms and conditions of the giveaway as mentioned in the video:
- Giveaway is open to entries until the end of July 31, 2026. Winners will be randomly drawn on August 1, 2026.
- Limit to one entry per person, and limit to one "lot" per winner.
- To be considered a valid entry, your comment needs to respond to one of the following two topics: who's your favorite Don't Starve character and why, or what's your favorite moment from one of my videos and/or a video of mine that you've enjoyed. You're certainly welcome to comment in general, it just won't be considered an official entry if it doesn't answer one of these two topics in some way. And jokey answers are okay, as long as it engages with the prompt.
- No purchase necessary, and I'll cover all shipping costs. YouTube is not a sponsor of this giveaway and participants are required to release YouTube from any liability related to it.
- DO NOT share any personal information such as contact information or a shipping address in your YouTube comment. I'll be reaching out to the winners about how they can share their shipping information with me.
- Any personal data collected for the giveaway will only be used for contacting the winners and are not being collected for personal use or ads. I will not be retaining any personal data after the figures have been shipped out.
- These giveaway lots are limited, so if there end up being any delivery issues like it being lost in the mail, I won't be able to send a replacement. But hopefully it shouldn't be an issue!
- Upon being notified of winning, winners will have up to two weeks to provide me with details on where to send their lot. If this information isn't given by then, I reserve the right to draw a new winner from the existing entries so that the lot isn't left unclaimed in the event that I never hear back from the original winner.
