Altering or changing or modifying a virtual warehouse object requires MODIFY privileges to a user or role. Without these privileges, the Save Warehouse button will appear DISABLED, preventing any changes to the warehouse. Other types of grants, such as resume, suspend, and monitor, also play a role in determining levels of access to the virtual warehouse.
