Some mysterious figure tampered with Papyrus' electrifying puzzle and he got electrocuted to oblivion.
D34D's fate:
Some odd figure with an eye on it's chest pushed Undyne into the Hotland lava.
SPECIMEN_M's fate:
Some stranger told MTT about the rumors regarding the True Lab where in fact absolutely true. So he curiously found his way into the Lab only to find Alphys trying to calm an amaglam (or as MTT referred it to as a "foul beast")
MTT startled Alphys and she accidently landed on the Amalgam (but just before that MTT threw himself in between the amalgam and Alphys only for MTT to malfunction and have Alphys head amalgamated onto his hand.)

After harvesting the code and data from the 4, he felt stronger and more aware of who the real enemy truly is. It was never any fallen human; NO, IT WAS YOU.
