I so often hear artists or art students say something like, "I want to paint like her because she sells lots of paintings." The reality is, you should want to paint like YOU, not like someone else. You have been given specific gifts to use to express yourself as only YOU can. It's your job to figure out what those gifts are, and how to use them.
