My whole life I’ve seen the world in scenes. Little moments playing out like a movie with music, camera moves, and quick flashes. Ever since I started vlogging, my dream has been to bring those scenes to life through filmmaking.
I’m not where I thought I’d be, but I’m exactly where I need to be. Every video teaches me something new about storytelling, cinematography, and how to capture better B roll. One thing I’ve learned is that the best B roll isn’t random. Shoot with intention, build your scenes with wide, medium, and close up shots, and move the camera only when it helps tell the story.
That’s why I love trying different cameras and filmmaking gear. Every tool pushes me to think differently, solve creative problems, and become a better storyteller.
I don’t know where this journey will take me as a creator, filmmaker, or vlogger, but I know I’m falling more in love with the process every time I hit record.
