Don't connect the floor connected to the bunker seal to any main base sockets when placing it, or it will brick the seal. Connect it to the pixel offset building blocks that DO NOT pass stability to the seal... the triangle frame and bunker half walls.

There are tons of iterations and examples possible, but generally try to focus on where each building block connects, and in particular, what that means for the stability of the bunker seal.
