Donna Summer sets the house on fire at the Diamond Awards Festival in Belgium. Date is unknown but it could have been in 1990.
Both audio and video were reworked. There are tons of good quality videos of the Diamond Awards shows so it would be surprising if nobody had a better copy of that Donna Summer one, but in the meantime that's all there is unfortunately.
