The Nintendo Switch 2 is here! And with it, comes a brand new Donkey Kong game called Donkey Kong Bananza. The last new Donkey Kong game was Tropical Freeze which released in 2014 so it's been over a decade! Donkey Kong Bananza seems to be the biggest and best Donkey Kong game yet with large open worlds, destructible environments, Pauline as a side character, and more. And one of the things you can count on when a big new game comes out, is people speedrunning it. So after I beat the game, I decided to react to the world record speedrun and learned that the speedruns for Donkey Kong Bananza are really cool. This was one of my favorite moments when he used a chunk to clip through the wall, get out of bounds, and skip a huge section of the game.
