In this No Commentary walkthrough series, we dive into the brand-new Level 421: Plastic Mariana, added in the games August 27, 2026 update alongside two new entities and an entity variant.
The route into Level 421 leads through an abandoned M.E.G. facility into an eerie childrens hospital connected to an endless ball pit known as Bruces Ball Pit. Along the way, we solve the color-matching code terminal, track down hidden flower murals, activate every lighthouse scattered across the ball pit, and dodge the Giant Shark lurking beneath the plastic spheres, before finding the basketball hoop that leads directly into Overgrowth.
