First of all, I decided to re-record this playthrough because I finally got the game on the actual N64 console, and I gotta say that this version is a lot better than the Wii U Virtual Console version, on that version, there are slight delays when pressing a button, and the slow downs are not present, which are really helpful in some areas of the game in the N64 version.
King K. Rool has returned to seek revenge on Donkey Kong, by kidnapping his kong buddies, stealing his hoard of Golden Bananas, again, and also planning to destroy his island with a big laser gun, the Blast-O-Matic. So now DK must go on an adventure to travel through different worlds, rescue his Kong buddies, find his missing Golden Bananas and save his island from being blown into pieces
In this part, we start our adventure by completing Cranky's Training Barrels and getting the "Simian Slam" ability. Then, we go up to K. Lumsy to unlock the first world (Jungle Japes), where we will find and collect 4 Golden Bananas, 100 colored bananas along with the banana medals and the blueprints for both Donkey and Diddy. The blueprints will be given to Snide on part 8.
Note: The reason why I played the Monkey Rap from the main menu is because everytime the Nintendo 64, Rareware and Dolby Surround logos section ends, the screen will turn black and ruin my recording. It's probably an issue with either the game or my recording program. So I was like, I am not playing this game without watching this awesome opening rap music video.
