So in prepping for the NPR Tiny Desk Jacket Concert I have been writing a lot. "The Cut" was this close to being the one I submitted and truth be told I still have my doubts that I submitted the right one. In the end, I felt that "Hotel" felt a bit more poetic and I felt in a poetic mood as opposed to a passionate and fierce mood that is indicative of this song. I hope you check this out and enjoy!
