Republican Rep. Byron Donalds said Tuesday that “we’re not going to have” the U.S. military deployed inside the country, a break with former President Donald Trump’s suggestion over the weekend that troops might be needed to deal with “radical left lunatics” and “the enemy from within.”
Donalds (Fla.), an ally of the former president and 2024 GOP nominee said "Obviously we don't want to have the United States military, we're not going to have that, be deployed in the United States.”
