This is a romhack called Super Magro World for Super Nintendo created by Green Jerry.

This hack is a remake of the PC game Super Magro World inside Super Mario World’s engine.

Super Magro World is an unofficial El Chavo game starring Don Ramón as the player character that was made by CyberGamba, who goes on a quest through 6 areas to rescue La Chilindrina from Bowser.

Note: This hack is only available in Brazilian Portuguese, as the PC game was only released in that language.
