1991 would begin for the Phillips family of Tulsa, Oklahoma with the disappearance of their sister Cookie.
As the year continued, at least 3 more siblings and a family friend would go missing within weeks of each other.
Overall, by 2009 at least 5 Phillips siblings, a family friend and a neighbor would all be reported missing and still no clues have been found.
Were they ALL the victims of the same man or did they go into hiding out of fear of him?
