Domaine Carneros sends founding winemaker and CEO Eileen Crane off in style as she passes the bottle (baton) to Remi Cohen, the winery's newly appointed CEO. Eileen Crane leaves after 33 years, she founded the winery, built it and lead it to where it is today.
