🎁 Why this event matters:
At Dollywood, the ERT is a “once-a-festival opportunity to have more time to ride select theme park attractions and special giveaways” for Gold and Diamond Season Passholders.
The entire festival (Nov 1, 2025-Jan 4, 2026) features over 6 million twinkling lights, dozens of towering Christmas trees and immersive environments across the park.
🕒 Event & Passholder Details:
Date of ERT event: Saturday, November 8, 2025 from 9 a.m.–11 a.m.
Check-in began at 8:30 a.m. at the park’s entrance turnstiles.
Eligibility: Must be a 2025 Gold or Diamond Season Passholder to register for ERT. Children 3 and younger or those with the Pre-K Imagination Pass are the only exceptions.
Attractions included in the ERT: Rides in Country Fair and The Dollywood Express train depot.
🧭 Visiting Tips / What to Watch For:
Log into your My Dollywood account and redeem the ERT entitlement when registration opens (for 2025 the entitlement began October 27).
Arrive early (by 8:30 a.m.) to complete check-in and maximize your 9:00 a.m. entry.
Use your early ride time to hit popular rides in Country Fair before crowds build. Then transition into full festival mode as the park opens fully.
Take advantage of early light for photography on Showstreet and in Country Fair, then stick around for the festival lights, shows, and holiday décor in the afternoon/evening.
Since the festival boasts millions of lights, plan to stay until dusk if you can — the atmosphere transforms once the lights really come on.
