Following on from the opening cards: Please don't watch this video if depictions of depression are likely to throw you out of whack. My videos aren't worth it (this series hasn't exactly been laugh-a-minute).

And please! If you think me narrating these raw, serious scenes with dumb voices is inappropriate or it makes you uncormfotable; let me know! I've already recorded tomorrow's episode but I can do things differently during future recordings.
