Was playing a game specifically to romance Gale and happened upon this new scene! You can get this by making sure you dont use your Illithid powers before you trigger Astarions bite night scene. So no using the powers the day of finding the boar. Watch in amazement as the new option shows up to use IW during the scene where he tries to take a nibble while you sleep.
