Dogz is a virtual pet and desktop companion game done by PF Magic in 1995. Based on the technology of their previous fighting game Ballz, Dogz is the first game in the Petz series. You have to take care of a little puppy, feed it and teach it tricks, just like a real pet. It was soon followed by Catz, which is about little kitten, and Oddballz, with alien-like critters. It was even a thing before Tamagotchis became popular.
