Seen this person (we have no idea if its a man or a woman) in the shopping centre where I work. We have no idea who they are or what they're doing there (or even why they haven't been kicked out by the security guards), but they keep coming back and doing stupid things, as you can see in this video.

If they come back again, I'll try and get a longer video.
