A southern Utah family was on a hunting trip Friday, Aug. 1 at Indian Peaks, when a massive thunderstorm hit, scaring their three dogs. Two dogs ran away, and one was found by a firefighter. One dog, Monte, went missing for a whole week. The day they were ready to leave, they heard a small bark outside their door.
