IMPORTANT SHIT:
Health management:
135 hp(in health and suit combined) at the end of 09(autoturret map)
70 hp at the end of 10(double damage boost map)
35+ hp after the clip
Pausing sets your speed to zero, use that to avoid fall damage in the oob part.
Apparently Alyx spawning might not be an issue, but if you want to be safe don't spawn her.
